These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Motherson Trader app, operated by Motherson Trader ("we", "us", "our"), an authorized fuel retail outlet located at Nallur, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. By registering for or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The loyalty programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who register with a valid mobile number. One loyalty account is permitted per customer.

2. The Loyalty Programme

Points are credited to your account based on eligible fuel purchases made at Motherson Trader.
The rate at which points are earned, and the offers against which they can be redeemed, are set by us and may change from time to time.
Points can be redeemed only at Motherson Trader's outlet, subject to the offer terms displayed at the time of redemption.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
We reserve the right to correct points balances in case of billing errors or technical faults.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number and account details accurate and up to date. We are not liable for points lost due to incorrect details provided by you.

4. Fair Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be misusing the programme, including fraudulent claims of purchases, duplicate registrations, or abuse of offers.

5. Payments

Where the app processes any payment through a third-party payment gateway, that transaction is subject to the payment gateway provider's own terms, in addition to these Terms.

6. Changes to the Programme

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme, in whole or in part, at any time, with reasonable notice to users where practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Motherson Trader shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or participation in the loyalty programme, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
